MGS play
The first night of the performance was actually on Friday but yea i wanted to wait till everything was over before i blogged bout it. Anyway...
On Friday i went to dewan banquet at like 5.30pm when the show was actually at 8 =.=" why? Cause my brilliant brother told me to. We were supposed to rehearse but the lighting ppl needed the stage at that time, stupid lar they could've done it in the morning but NO they just HAD to test it out when we needed the stage. So in the end we got to practice like twice. Good enough la i guess. OH during our first try, there was one part where this guard was supposed to 'drag' me to be beheaded. But, instead of him dragging me to the place against my will, he like held out his hand. Like he was waiting for me to take it and we go merrily to my beheadment. Then my brother was like shouting " DRAG HER! DRAG HER! NOT ASK HER, UR A GUARD SHE'S IN THE WRONG! THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO KAU LUI[flirt]!" i was like wtf??? hahahahahahahah! Even the guard was shocked. So yea the second time it was better..but he pushed too hard so yea instead of faking falling on the ground i ACTUALLY fell on the ground. Lol.

OMG when they danced they're solo during the wedding..IT WAS AMAZING, cause they like had this spark when they danced. It really looked like a couple in love dancing. Everyone was in awe. Heck we backstage ppl were in awe.

Lixin's 'friend' bought her this butterfly wand thing. Hahahhaha. Lixin if ur reading this u and ur 'friend' r really cute hahaha. You better jaga him nicely u noe xPPPP *syok sendiri* hahahaha xD
thats it i guess..to all the cast on 09's sleeping beauty new & old i really had a great time dancing with u guys x) hope miss chin's gonna have another dinner thing for us ddddddddddx

i really wanna record me playing one of my song pieces on the organ laaah, but i dunno everytime i try to play smth while someone's recording i tend to mess up. Eventhough its a piece i like or smth i've been playing for a long time =.=

Camerons retreat
12th June 09
woke up at like 6.30 cause we were supposed to b in church by 6.50. Left O.M.P.H. at 7 ish. The bus ride there was bearable. No ppl throwing up this time lots of complaining tho bout the bus d: [especially from this certain bus partner of mine who kept on complaining bout the windows =.=] anyway we reached at bout 10. & the first session was at 10.30. we were like whaaaat? T.T So yea we were broken into 7 groups of 5. The names were the 7 colours of the rainbow. I got indigo. Jul got blue Mel got yellow Daph got green & charmaine got..orange i think. I was so shocked u noe when i discovered that pinto was in my group =.= i was like why do i get stuck with someone else's lo kong[husband]? ddddddddd: [sorry mel couldnt help it] Our first activity was this 'amazing race' thing. And my group got dunno what position. 5th i think. Lol. Then it was mandi time then we saw whose name was in which dorm & all that. Mel, daph, charmaine & i were in the same dorm. Jul was in the other dorm with queenie. Most of the sessions were on Love. The Greatest Gift of God. Thats what they call it. So yea everything on love was covered. Unconditional love,puppy love, couple love, and parental love. Oh and before the grouping, we were handed this sheet of paper with things like someone who goes to the same school as u & all that & u must find a person & as the person to sign. So while i was asking jul to sign, this guy tapped my shoulder and asked me to sign. & the column was "who u think has the loveliest eyes in the room" i was like so bangga ddd: hehehe
13th June 09
woke up at 6.30 to go for morning walk xD so fun la. I was the only one walking in flip flops lol. Sessions again. This time bout normal retreat stuff. 2.30 ish went back to ipoh for school production.
14th June 09
woke up at 6.15 left ipoh for camerons at 7 reached at 9. Had a short, sort of free, session. Mostly discussing, but this time with a group with the ppl of ur choice. After that was clean up & pack up time. Rode in the bus to the kea farm then met my parents then yea said bye then :)

Wow finally get to blog. I intended to blog earlier but yea busy. So first off i'd wanna talk bout this experience. Its not scary but bot that weird either.
My parents went to Port Dickson for 3 days, so for 2 nights i stayed with my uncle. I slept in bernard [his son's] room and directly opp to that room is his daughter's room. Now, last time when my grandma was still around she'd always sleep in audrey [the daughter's room]. And now that she's gone and his children r all grown up, the two rooms r unoccupied. So on the first night, at about 11.30 ish, i heard a door open and close. I thought it was mine but it wasnt and i figured that it couldnt b my uncle's room door either cause if it was his room door, he'd trigger his house alarm. So what other room door but audrey's door ryt?
At first i thought oh its prolly grandma. Then it dawned on me: GRANDMA'S NOT HERE. Upon figuring that out i thought i'd like start freaking out or smth. But strangely enough, i felt..safe. Like my grandma came to check on me. And i really felt like i was being hugged. Cause hey no one hugs like my grandma. So yea that night i actually got a good night's sleep. Thanks oh so much grandma :)

Mehh.
Full-dress rehearsal again today. I actually thought that it'll be ok, as in the teachers'll just say we need more practice or smth like that. But boy was i wrong =.="
First off, they complained that we weren't 'as energetic' today as compared to the last rehearsal. Well, we DO get tired u noe. But nvm thats a fair enough comment.
Second, they complained that regine's dress was too short and that she has to change it. The thing thats ticking me off is, WHY tell us NOW? Why didnt u say anything when we showed u the costumes weeks ago? Why? Huh? Is it that you just wanna make hell for us? Ugh. So anyway thanks to mrs sevilla :) we dnt hv to change any costumes. Provided regine wears tights or smth underneath. Oh well. A small-ish price to pay ><
THIRD. [oh. now THIS just tops everything off]
This..teacher [no names mentioned. Dont b perasan] said that the first row, which are all girls, are too tall cause we're wearing heels. Ok fair enough. She SPECIFIED that we [the first row] change with the second row in the middle of the song. Now this didnt really bug me until i was really thinking on how we could swap the rows. THEN i realized the reason why she wanted the first row in front, was cause her 'beloved' son couldnt be seen with the girls in front. So NOW. I hv to crack my head on how we can change the positions just cause someone's son cant be seen.

haha during rehearsal
We had rehearsals from 5 pm-10 pm today. And in that time miching & i decided to camwhore for a little while. hehehe
